"Lola" is the character that I enjoy drawing the most.I drew this rough drawing while sitting on a plane and I haven't stopped since.

Denise Bailey: California, United States; I have always been drawn to Children's Books, as a child, as a mother and as an artist.After my successful career as a stay at home mom, I decided to dive into my first love, illustrating Childrens Books. I have a B.F.A in fine arts, I attended CAL ARTS and started my career as a toy designer at MATTEL TOYS.

The combination of my toy design background and use of watercolour has allowed me to develop my own warm, playful style of illustrations that bring a sense of life to any story.
